I have decided to use the mini eggs in a cookie recipe. This is a great recipe to try out over the Easter weekend.

My twist on Paul Hollywood’s iced bun recipe; I have added the zest of an orange and 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom into the dough.

This is a nice variation over the classic lemon drizzle cake. Passion fruit and orange is one of my favourite flavour combinations.
