Under what circumstances would you make and fry guacamole? Well… after this, it should be anytime.
This salad is a nice compromise for early spring; it’s not too summery or light, but warm and hearty while still refreshing.
Very fragrant and highly spiced, redolent of cumin and saffron. I know that saffron is expensive, but it really makes a big difference here.
