I love baking with almond meal because it keeps things lovely and moist AND gluten-free.

If you’d prefer to keep it nut free, a little goats cheese or feta would make a great substitution for the almonds.

Don’t be alarmed by the appearance of these little lentil balls, they’re actually a lot more delicious than they look.

While toblerone is absolutely delicious in this cake, don’t feel constrained to one type of chocolate.
