These oven-baked pork ribs are coated in mayonnaise, spices and BBQ sauce, slowly roasted at a low temperature until fall-apart-tender.

Summer means it’s grilling season, however I don’t own a grill so I bake my ribs, slap bbq sauce on them and enjoy them with plantain fries.
