Székelykáposzta is a Hungarian pork and sauerkraut stew from the late 19th century; my version is inspired by my time living in Hungary.

Stuffed cabbage rolls, cabbage leaves filled with ground meat, onions, paprika, rice, garlic & egg. Full of flavor, hearty comfort food.

Braised savoy cabbage thickened with roux made from butter and flour.
