A delicious, crispy dough stuffed with dried apricots and fresh, juicy orange crowned with almonds.

Simple Polish mazurek cake. This time with sweet datella made of dried dates and chocolate.

Pastry based on whole-wheat flour, filled with sweet, dried plums and dark, bitter chocolate.

Very interesting combination of beets with apple, potato, “cream” of fresh radishes, beet slices fried in butter and croutons.
