A new twist on Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango; incorporating rich coconut cream, toasted coconut flakes, spicy cinnamon sugar, lime & mint.

Thai sticky rice is the staple in North Eastern and Northern Thailand. The rice is soaked in water overnight, then steamed in a basket.

Inspired by Indian sweet rice and using Thai sticky rice pudding techniques I came up with this simple delicious version!
